President & CEO I Javier Rolón
Ashley Jones
With over 25 years’ experience, Javier Rolon has devoted much of his career to creating positive change as a highly regarded leader in the highway maintenance industry. Javier has a proven record for innovative project management and effective operational execution. Javier earned his Associates degree in Justice at John Jay College of New York, and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management at the Polytechnic University of Miami. His extensive experience in corporate management, large project operations, personnel development, business development, engineering, quality control, and quality assurance has translated to the founding of American Infrastructure Maintenance Management (AIMM).
As CEO for AIMM, Javier leads the overall business growth strategy while building a world class leadership team. Javier is based at the AIMM Headquarters in Houston, Texas. Although you will often find him visiting our project teams located in Texas and Florida.
EVP, Operations & Corporate Development | Javier Rolón Rivera

Javier Rolon Rivera grew up in South Florida. Mr. Rolon Rivera has fifteen years of roadway operations, asset maintenance, routine maintenance and engineering experience in Florida and Texas. Mr. Rolon has leadership qualities that have allowed him to succeed in all roles throughout his career in this field. His certificates, diplomas and licenses have allowed him to expand his knowledge on how to manage millions of dollars in contracts, operate heavy equipment, educate employees, manage day-to-day tasks in office and on the field.
He is a hardworking, energetic, experienced, and a dependable individual who enjoys learning new things. With great communication skills he’s eager to work with people.

Chief Human Resources Officer | Jannice Gomez
Ashley Jones
Jannice Gomez has over 20 years of experience in office management, customer service, contract management and human resources administration. Throughout her career, Jannice has served in professional roles serving within for-profit and non-profit environments to include teaching as a former adjunct.
Jannice serves as the Leader in human resources management for American Infrastructure Maintenance Management, LLC., in charge of conducting all corporate company human resources functions.
Chief Financial Officer | Josh Ault

Josh received his BBA degree in Finance from Texas Christian University and an MBA from Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business (with honors). After starting a banking relationship with AIMM during the pandemic, Josh joined AIMM as Chief Financial Officer in March of 2022. He previously held various commercial banking positions at 3 different regional banks during his 15-year banking career and specialized in financing contractors.
Josh Ault oversees all Accounting & Finance functions for AIMM as the Chief Financial Officer.
Chief Contracts Administrator | Gelton Garcia
Ashley Jones
Gelton has worked in the highway maintenance field for over 10 years, building lasting relationships with clients through his dedicated leadership and trusted approach to managing teams. He has deep experience in budgeting and planning complex projects and is skilled in developing work plan schedules that exceed client expectations.
Gelton has been with AIMM from the early days, helping to build processes and implement systems to streamline project management. He also possesses multiple certifications that aid in his management of O&M contracts.
Chief Operations Officer | Ernie Molina, PE.
Ashley Jones
Ernie brings 24+ years of service coming from the private sector of transportation asset man-agement. He has worked in progressive roles covering performance based asset management, operations, maintenance, and repair projects in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Missouri, North Caro-lina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
Prior to his time in the private sector, Ernie served for 5 years with the North Carolina Department of Transportation gaining experience in both the Construction and Maintenance divisions. While in North Carolina Ernie completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering at NC State University and went on to earn his Professional Engineer’s (PE) License.
As COO for AIMM, Ernie’s focus is on the operational performance of our people and projects covering the various operations, maintenance, and repair business lines within our organization. This means providing safe and on-budget delivery of contract services that meet the performance levels required by transportation industry clients.
Chief Technology Officer | Kelley Baranuk, PMP.

Kelley is a highly accomplished IT professional with a rich tapestry of expertise, an extensive background in business, finance, innovation, and information technology. Throughout her career in the Asset Management Industry and Warehouse and Distribution, she has seamlessly blended financial acumen with technological expertise.
She received her Master of Business Administration with a special emphasis on Information Technology from Middle Tennessee State University. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) she has consistently demonstrated a knack for steering complex IT projects, and systems design, and played a pivotal role in safeguarding critical IT assets and data.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Kelley dedicates her spare time to personal fitness and is a certified personal trainer. This commitment to holistic well-being reflects her disciplined approach to both personal and professional pursuits.
In her new role as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), her vision encompasses not only the strategic integration of information technology but also the infusion of innovation to propel organizations forward. Kelley will foster collaboration, inspire creativity, and drive digital transformation initiatives that shape the future of technology at AIMM. She currently resides in Middle Tennessee.
Finance and Operations Systems | Cole Freeman

Cole brings over ten years of experience in the asset maintenance industry, with a strong background in Project and Operations Administration, Contract Management, and Training.
In addition to her professional expertise, Cole holds a Finance and Accounting degree from Middle Tennessee State University, is a licensed Real Estate Agent, and a certified General Contractor.
Director of Operations | Ricky Thomas
Ashley Jones
Ricky Thomas serves as the Director of Operations at AIMM, bringing over 15 years of Asset Maintenance experience to the role. He is a former MRP Observer with 14 years of Maintenance Rating Program expertise. Ricky has successfully managed key contracts such as the District 7 Pinellas County Project and has extensive operational experience with the Florida Turnpike and Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority, among other major Asset Maintenance contracts. At AIMM, he oversees all field operations, ensures compliance with contract standards, and leads the execution of high-performance maintenance programs statewide.
